NOTE: We do not offer refunds for size issues, product change, or change of mind. Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Refund
Customers must send the item to the return address provided by us. Once the parcel is received and approved after quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5 – 7 working days.
Conditions
- Refunds are valid only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers must return the product to the given return address.
